The Rejuvenate Team is a group of established massage therapists that uses our very own in-house customized form of muscle therapy, specifically designed to target your body's everyday stresses, relieve stubborn knots and revive tired muscles. Don't worry, our deep muscle therapy is not the "painful" deep tissue.
We actually do it right. No one else uses our method of massage, and if they do, it is because they have attended our classes and workshops. We often teach our method to other massage therapists. Makes sense, since some of the therapists on our team are also licensed massage therapy instructors who teach at area massage schools and advanced massage seminars throughout Texas.

A great way to address tired and sore muscles. This session uses a combined Swedish and deep tissue technique for best results. 30min. Swedish massage uses long soothing strokes to reduce muscle tension & discomfort. The pressure is minimal and not designed to target trigger points and movement constriction.

I've had 2 1hr deep tissue massages here with Andrea F, one with CBD oil and it was incredible. I truly felt so relaxed. I felt very comfortable and the atmosphere is so nice and calming. They have you wash your hands before and after your service and take your temperature.

I've had massages all over the country. None compare to the one I got today. She listened to me when I talked about how deep I like my "deep tissue massage" and was able to reach and address most of my tight knots! I've NEVER met a massage therapist who was able to do such a thorough job.
Because of my career (I'm a travel nurse) I'm rarely in one place for long. I'm hoping I get to go back. And I'm hoping it's more than once!

I started my membership with Rejuvenate almost two years ago and it is the best monthly investment I have made for my health. The staff is awesome and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I would recommend this as a place that cares about its clients and their health, they truly care about their mission.
