I called Progressive Mobility and gave them the name of the chair with the selected features and provided them with my body height, weight so that the correct size chair would be delivered.The chair was delivered and after the first day, I soon realized that it was the wrong chair that was delivered.

Options and suggestions were appreciated.
Delivery quoted time was longer than presented for preorder.
Delivery, and the technician was courteous and informative for operation of chair.
Phone call for balance due after delivery by Sandy was unacceptable.
Did not provide requested summary documentation and questioned my integrity by asking "don't you believe me?" when I requested a simple summary document. It was almost 5 months since order, and updated document seemed reasonable.

I was lookkng for a replacement part for my lift. It was used when I bought it. I called and asked if they had parts for this older lift. I was asked to bring it down to the store. I was met by Brian Fulton, the service manager. He was so helpful. The complete kit arrived at my home within less than a week. Thanks, Brian, for your help. Galan Firestone

Progressive Mobility has been a wonderful company to work with!! Very professional and friendly!! Their installers( Dan andDave) were very knowledgeable and super friendly!! Brian Mathews, the owner of Progressive Mobility, is an amazing guy. I have known him for some time and can say the he is a very giving person and always looking for ways to help people with mobility needs. In my case, my mother needed to be transported to my home for her grandson's graduation party and needed a vehicle that could provide assistance. Brian offered for me to utilize his van that has a chair that comes down to ground level and allows for an individual to transfer into the chair/seat and be safely lifted into the van. It was absolutely amazing and brought my mother to tears knowing

My husband needed a power wheelchair in a hurry. We couldn’t believe it, we called Progressive Mobility at 9 am, and had the chair delivered before noon. They were so helpful and knowledgeable about their products. We will certainly do business with them in the future for any medical needs. Sure took a lot of worry off my husband.
