We love our new home with TruLog siding installed. One of the best decisions that we made during our new construction experience. We have had alot of compliments on the siding. People want to touch it because they have a hard time believing it is steel siding. Our builder and ourselves found it to be a wonderful experience working with the staff at TruLog. They were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Trulog is wonderful to work with. The material estimate that they did for our project was just right. When we changed a siding detail and needed 320 SqFt more, they were able to get that out to us within a week to keep our project on track. The folks at Elk Roofing and Construction owned and operated by Rigo Ornales in Albuqueque, NM did a fantastic job on the install. They even add a few custom details that I requested. Attached picture show work in progress as well as finished.

Product is absolutely amazing. Since installing we have had so many people remark about how realistic and nice it looks. The installation was also quite simple. Only negative is that the window trim doesn't lock in very well so the seams show gaps and sometimes have to push them back in. I would HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone. It has only been a year since we put it on, but so far I don't have any concerns. We now keep our house at 74 degrees even during the summer and that is cold as the foam insulation really keeps it cool.

This Trulog turned our green painted retirement home into the log cabin that me and my wife always wanted. We didn't want to deal with all the maintenance involved with real wood. Trulog really gave us the best of both worlds. I love the fact that every time I look at it I think to myself that is the work of my hands. I'm a sheet metal worker so yes this is always kind of up my alley and I had some basic carpentry experience helping my father-in-law build his retirement home. I found the siding very forgiving and easy to work with.
