A Delicate Petal

Ordered a bouquet and picked it up the same day. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL! Arrangement was perfect. My boyfriend was running late picking it up and they even stayed after they closed so he could bring them to his mom on her birthday. They absolutely did not have to do that but it shows A++ Customer service. Highly recommend!!!

Placed an order at 1:30PM today for delivery for my daughter’s birthday (lives in Marietta), I requested to have an image sent so I could see the final product since I live in NY and they responded right away with the image! Entire process was quick and easy. Bouquet was delivered by 4PM, very happy with the entire process and product, flowers looked fresh and healthy. First time ordering with Melissa and it definitely won’t be the last. I highly recommend all the way from NY!

I ordered from send flowers.com for Mother’s Day. When my mother received the flowers yesterday they were not what I order and were pitiful. I called the number on the card and Melissa answered. I explained how disappointed I was explained that I ordered 15 tulips but only got 10 and i doubted they would last 2 days. I was in tears because this was supposed to be a surprise for my mom. Melissa was SO sweet and compassionate and she said they just got Tulips in and she would personally make my mom a new arrangement and get it to her that afternoon! The new arrangement is gorgeous! If I could’ve given 10 stars, I would. I bought some flowers from this shop today. When I called, the lady had very good customer service, she had the exact colors I wanted, and she said that my arrangement would be ready in a half hour. When I got there and I saw the arrangement, I was very impressed— beautiful and well put together. Even the vase and bow was beautiful. And the cost was one you couldn’t beat. I usually don’t tip but I felt that I definitely had to this time. Thanks Melissa!

Everyone at A Delicate Petal is so warm and welcoming! Tori was super helpful when it came to building my wedding bouquet! I don't know much about flowers so it was overwhelming at first, but she was very patient and took the time to explain different flowers and greenery. Tori also helped me build my bouquet that fit my tight budget, which was also a huge plus! She was phenomenal with communication and keeping me updated with the process. I was very happy with they way my bouquet turned out. I am very grateful for A Delicate Petal for making part of my big day a breeze!

Choosing A Delicate Petal by Melissa was one of the best vendor decisions we made! All flowers were SO beautiful, I'm still obsessing over them nearly 3 months later.
