I can't say enough great things about Reedy River Dentistry. I have seen several dentists over the years as I've lived in different states and they are by far the best. From the dental hygienist to the front office staff to Dr. Hicklin they all were wonderful. They made me feel comfortable, took their time and did not rush, and did a VERY thorough job cleaning my teeth and measuring my gums. Highly recommend!

Dr. Hicklin and his team are phenomenal. I called to see if I could squeeze into an appointment for a cleaning this week or next. On the phone, Leah, at the front desk, told me I could be put on the cancellation list. About 10 minutes later she promptly called me back and scheduled me for a cleaning the following morning!! She was so kind and helpful over the phone even though I was a new patient. Once there, Abigail, the hygienist, was amazing! She talked me through what she was doing the whole time and was very gentle. You can tell she is very knowledgeable. Finally Dr. Hicklin was also so kind

My entire family loves Dr Hicklin and his staff. My kids literally say (often) “I love going to that place”. Their staff has never addressed us by anything but our names the second we walk through the door. The space feels great and Dr Hicklin has a great personality as well as the staff. You feel comfortable and at home. I highly recommend!

Excellent patient care from the minute you walk in the door! Up to date technology with the best hygienist around. While hygienist make the visit in terms of cleaning and care, the attention and check up from Dr. Hicklin are very personable and tailored to my needs. I would highly recommend anyone shopping for a new dentist to make your first appointment and see for yourself the level of care.

The office is beautiful and the entire staff at Reedy River Dentistry is welcoming and very professional. I actually look forward to my visits to the office. With the closing of my former dentist, I was forced to find another dentist and have not been disappointed. Dr. Hicklin and his staff have taken care of simple cleanings and have performed major work on me. The quality of their work is impeccable. I’ve been a patient of Reedy River dentistry since they opened. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive for my appointments. Most of the time I don’t have to wait at all. The office is clean and inviting. The staff there is kind, helpful and truly genuine. Dr. Hicklin takes his time visiting with his patients. I recommend Reedy River Dentistry to anyone that is looking for dentist. If you’re wondering if you should make an appointment, do it, you’ll be happy you did. 5 stars!

I absolutely love the entire staff. The professionalism and excellent service is exceptional and the genuine warm staff makes going to the dentist actually fun. I am not a fan of dentistry, but Dr. Hicklin really makes a difference because he earns trust, at least he did for this patient. Highly recommend this practice.

This place did a good job and the staff and doctor are very warm and welcoming. I love that it is walking distance from my house.
The only thing is I found out after my first appointment that my insurance is out of network so I ended up having to pay a lot out of pocket. So I will be looking for another dentist :(

"Exceptional" is how I would rate my experience at this office! The moment you walk through the door your greeted with a smile! Dr Hicklin and his staff are friendly, professional, and never make you feel intimidated! The office is clean and nicely decorated! I am extremely happy to have found Reedy River Dentistry thanks to the reviews of the two elite Yelpers below whose recommendation I took.
These guys are great.... and honest ta boot! We came in with an appointment for a crown ($1400 procedure) based on what a previous dentist said we needed. Turns out the previous dentist liked money.
Reedy River said that a filling would be fine... no crown or root canal needed. $280 instead of $1400.
Honesty, and clean good work. We will be back.
Nice to know there is an honest and talented dentist in Greenville.

I have never been afraid or nervous about going to the dentist, but if that had been my emotional reaction to a teeth cleaning, Reedy River Dentistry would have made me feel otherwise. The staff is so friendly, from check in to teeth exam. The waiting area is comfy and made me want to curl up with a coffee and read a book. My appointment started on time and didn't take long, but I felt like the hygienist and dentist both took time to visit with me and get to know me a bit before diving right into work. I appreciate that because going to the dentist is an up close and personal thing.
