Affordable Asphalt did a much better job of applying the coating than I could of as a diy project. They were on time, communicated well with us regarding prep needed, time of arrival, and very quick in doing the work. The team worked fast and didn't miss a beat. You could tell they had done this many times and were very experienced. There was no excessive sloppiness, no foot prints from sealer, and cleanup was absolutely terrific. I had a white garage door, cedar fences, and concrete flatwork along the perimeter of the job just inches away and they did not allow any sealer to stray onto any

We had Affordable Asphalt back out for some parking lot maintenance, seal coating, crack fill, and striping. They were here on time and got straight to work. They did a great job on the seal coat, no overs spray on my sidewalks or complaints from our tenants. We have several business that use this lot. The striping lines were crisp and straight. All in all, they did an excellent job. We will definitely be using them for our ongoing maintenance, and are looking at working with them on other projects as well. Highly recommend Affordable Asphalt!

Formerly did business as Guardian Asphalt. Completely incompetent. Had a driveway installed by them and it starting sinking a week later. Drive was poured too thin and has cracked everywhere. Had it inspected by a reputable asphalt company and they said it could not be repaired-only way to fix it was to remove and replace. Guardian (now Affordable) would not repair, replace or even return phone calls.
