I changed to this agency after my previous agent retired and was very happy with the attention I received. Mr. Lowrie took the time to look at my policies and then introduced me to everyone in his office. I felt that I was welcomed! Suggestions have been made regarding additions to my policies and after I review them, I know I can talk with someone in the office who understands my needs. Great service!

Considering my attention span is that of a gnat, putting up with me is, at the best of times, difficult. This staff has done marvelously. I reckon I've run through about all of them at one time or another over the last two decades and they've all been very kind. Well, there was that one nasty front desk lady about ten years ago, but she only lasted a wee bit. Anyway, I'm late just about each month, so I regularly get nice reminder emails or phone calls. They know me by first name and they've all perfected the art of not sighing in exasperation when I call. What I remember best, is the one time

Anytime I have ever needed help from making sure I have the correct coverage as well as the right amount. The folks at Parish Lowrie State Farm have always been right there to help. When my parents were in a terrible wreck in Tifton, Ga. Parish was on the phone with me all evening making sure we had whatever we needed. All the way to fender benders to homeowner insurance issues these folks are the best. Would not change agencies period.

I am completely satisfied with the care of Parish Lowrie in handling my vehicle repair. Nancy was on top of things from the start to the finish. In fact, I had just moved my account to Parish. I meet with Samantha and we went over my policy. She advised of an additional coverage for my car and I went with the recommendation. The next week someone hit my car in the parking lot and left. I called and spoke with Samantha and because I had added the additional coverage just a week before, my deductible wasn't the thousand I was expecting. It was $250. I would advise looking elsewhere for insurance. If you are shopping for insurance, you probably want a agent that is going to look out for your best interest and an insurance company that will take care of you if something happens. State Farm will do their part, but the Parish Lowrie agency is not worth you time! I have given them many chances to fix issues, but did not get the help I expected and needed. My agent was a representative of Parish, so I tried to contact the owner Parish many times in reference to my issues with out any response. I have now moved on now and I am finally getting the
