Hello, my name is Tony Hill and I am the owner and operator of Hoover Shoe Repair. I began my career in 1979 as a heavy equipment mechanic at Thompson Tractor. After 15 years at Thompson, I was ready for a new challenge. In 1993 I began my apprenticeship in shoe repair right here at Hoover Shoe Repair with Morris Princiotta, Sr.
Ladies Heel: the rubber, composition, leather, or some other material that is the thin layer that touches the ground and goes on top of the heel. 1/2 Soles: are made of leather or rubber and are usually replacements from the original bottom of a ladies shoe. The bottom portion goes from the shank of the shoe to the toe and the back portion of the sole that extends to the heel is not included.
Hoover Shoe Repair offers a comprehensive line of orthopedic services, including Inside and Outside Build-ups, Dutchman soles, and Lateral stabilizers. Hoover Shoe Repair generally prefers a prescription from a doctor, detailing the total height or specifications for each new customer. We can also work from existing orthopedic work done, and take measurements from those.
We carry the finest shoe care products available from companies like, Kiwi, Urad, Fiebing leather dye, Lexol leather cleaners and conditioners, Meltonian creams, and much more! Shoe Care Products: We carry a full line of shoe and leather care products, as well as fitting aids for your shoes. If you didn't see what you wanted, chances are we've probably got it!

I wouldn't even waste my time with the rude owner of this business. He is arrogant and needs to close his business. My husband took a pair of shoes by there and owner didnt even wanna look at them. Rude is too nice to describe this man. A waste of time. One star is too nice for this business. Do yourself a favor, CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS! People don't wanna spend money with a rude ridiculous person!

They did great work at a more than fair price. My boots were looking pretty rough when I took them in last week. Just picked them up and they look brand new. I dealt with a guy in an auburn hat dropping off and picking up. Super nice guy. Not sure if he’s the one people talk about in the reviews but he sure was cool with me.
