Our expert team acts as an extension of yours, offering CNC laser cutting, CNC turret presses, CNC power band saws, power hacksaws, CNC press brakes, and more. No matter what your needs, from metal cutting, punching, bending, welding, or more, we can deliver.
Here at Shaffer, we offer machining services such as CNC milling and turning, providing effective solutions for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. Programmed with CAD/CAM, these devices have the ability to machine virtually any material, from standard aluminum to extremely tough materials.
Our powder coating operation uses an automatic pretreatment washer with iron phosphate and a life-extending non-chrome sealant that maximizes your corrosion protection. Powder is applied with an eight-gun automatic Nordson spray booth capable of handling long runs with uniform consistency while manual guns are used for short runs and samples.
