For those who wish to become Reiki 1 practitioners, you will have to receive four attunements - one attunement each week. Attunements will allow you to receive more energy from Divine. Naturally, you will be getting only 10% of the energy available. Each attunement will give you an additional 10%. After each attunement, it takes about one week for your body and energy field to adjust.
