We’re so delighted with our beautiful entry gate I want to thank Ornamental Iron Works in Channelview and give my unsolicited 5 star review. This was a small project but was treated as importantly as a huge commercial job. Our first meeting was on June 17 and after spending time on the design and several rain delays the gate was installed on July 12 with our complete satisfaction! The craftsmanship was excellent and Mr. Joe was very personable, professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this company for any iron project you might plan. Called for service on a multi thousand dollar gate opener they installed. Took 3 weeks to get a response and no one showed up on the day they said they would. Then there has been no response and my gate still wont work. I called the manufacturer for assistance and learned even though the installation was only 4 years old, the unit they installed was 7 years old and out of warranty. Pretty shady. Now I have to spend another $800 with another company to come out and fix it. Never again.
