Since 1916, Raquette Lake Boys Camp and Raquette Lake Girls Camp have been helping parents mold children of exceptional character. With a commitment to building strong, lasting friendships, we help children discover the confidence they need to grow into outstanding young adults. Each summer, boys and girls ages 6 to 15 have made Raquette Lake a special haven for building lifelong memories.

The vast majority of campers return, summer after summer, to rekindle old friendships and make new ones. Many are second, third, and even fourth generation campers. Raquette Lake Camps offer a wide variety of activities and programs, giving each child the opportunity to find things they enjoy and are good at in order to succeed.
Services
Login to your camp account to manage your camper's enrollment, schedule pick-up and delivery for baggage from R+B Camp Baggage, order uniforms and camp gear from the CampSpot, submit medications to CampMeds for safe and accurate dispensing during the summer, get directions to camp, find a nice place to stay, and keep up with Raquette Lake Camps on Facebook.
The centerpiece of camp is our original log dining hall which overlooks the lake. With round Adirondack style tables and a stone fireplace, the dining hall can seat the entire camp for each meal, with each bunk eating together. The camp social hall is our theatre and ceremonial hall. All our camp trophies and honor rolls, since the founding of camp, can be found mounted on the walls.
There are mountain biking trails, a sand volleyball area, batting cages, golfing nets, a gymnasium, and indoor areas for hockey, basketball, and archery. You can play golf at local golf courses and skate at the Olympic ice hockey rink in Lake Placid. Our arts program includes a woodshop, ceramics center, and an indoor/outdoor arts & crafts facility.
Raquette Lake Boys Camp and Raquette Lake Girls Camp have long, prestigious histories of excellence held up by their philosophical foundations. The 100+ years of traditions that have defined the camps and embodied their philosophy are still around today - a picture of unity and endurance, past and present.
Raquette Lake's camp program is 7 weeks long - long enough for a child to truly immerse themselves in the Raquette Lake experience. Days begin at 7:30am and end around 9pm. The hours in-between are broken up into a familiar rhythm of meals, activities, periods of rest, more activities, more food, and then something special and unexpected.
