We were having issues with our new custom water fountains and was in need to speak with someone who could help us. Bryan took our call and by sending him some photos over the phone, he was able to point out where the issues and solutions might be. We are still trying to get it right by our contractor and it was God sent to have someone to take the time to speak and guide us. This is an overdue review for us. The job was done in October 2020 and we have been enjoying the pavements everyday since. Simple outdoor living was one of the 3 companies that we got quotes from. We chose them not only because of the fair pricing of the quote, but also the professionalism and communication from Bryan. He was very knowledgeable and communicated well. His team is amazing too, hard working, helping each other as a team, finishing on schedule, cleaning up after work, etc. We can't be happier. During the covid-19 pandemic, we were stuck at home staring at our backyard. We are not green thumbs in this house! We talked to Brian and he planned out extending our patio with pavers and adding a planter wall, with lighting and a drip line. We wanted fake grass and a putting green.
2 weeks later it is our paradise!! We love to be in our backyard!

Last spring I started my calling landscape contractors for bids to remodel my front/back yard. They advised that I get a landscape design. I contacted Simple Outdoor Living and engaged then to provide a design. They wanted full payment up-front which I knew was a "red flag" but moved forward. Such a great experience. My husband and I had the best experience. They designed our backyard in a beautiful way that we fell in love with immediately. I have had the pleasure of working with SOL as a contractor. And as a contractor it goes much smoother working on a project when the customer comes from SOL because they come with plans. For the customer there are almost no change orders because the customers have plans that they have already gone over multiple times and already done the change orders they would have done had we done the project with no plans. In a sense if you want a contractor to give you what you want give them plans and you will get what you want as long as your contractor is competent. Another huge plus for the contractor

I have created several outdoor living spaces in the last twenty years. This experience with SOL has been such a pleasure! Bryan and the staff are so wonderful to work with.
