Tru-Form utilizes Wire EDM (Electronic Discharge Machine) machines that cut the steal for the tools. We operate three of these machines enabling us to produce or replace our tools on demand. This is a major competitive advantage for us and delivers significant benefits for our customers since most of our competitors have to send lengthening their time of production.

Tru-form has over 100 fourslide machines representing perhaps the largest single fourslide shop in the country. The sheer capacity of our fourslide group when coupled with the longevity of our fourslide team (with many team members having over 20 years of experience with Tru-Form), makes us one of the preeminent suppliers in the country.
Services
Tru-Form Industries continues to grow with the support of our current customers and the addition of new customers. As our demand for new tooling rises, we are meeting the challenge with investments in our tool building operations. Here, we are expanding our EDM capabilities with the purchase of a new Mitsubishi EDM machine.
Our lasers run on state-of-the-art software to ensure accuracy and efficiency, thus eliminating factors that could cost your company valuable time and money. Laser Cutting is a viable tool for sheet metal manufacturing as well as prototyping. Our laser cutting capabilities include both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
As different products and services become important to our customers, Tru-Form recognizes these needs. In 2007, Tru-Form Manufacturing acquired a machining company to fulfill this particular need. We have the ability to take on any type of precision machining job. Utilizing state-of-the-art, CNC multi-axis machining no job is too complex.
Unlike many spring shops who may specialize in certain kinds of springs (compression, extension, torsion), Tru-Form can make them all. When combined with our CNC Wire Forming machines, our 30 coilers and torsion machines allow us to deliver both small and large quantities.

Compression springs are most common and are made in large quantities with automatic coilers that drive rollers working in pairs to force wire through guide tubes toward coiling points which in turn force the wire around a mandrel to form the coils. Our automatic coilers handle wire typically 0.010 to 0.5 in. in dia.

On time and top quality custom work. I personally know now why they are the biggest and best sheet metal manufacturer in the USA. I can't remember the last time my business place and order and had it go from start to delivery go without any issues. It was delivery to me before the time we agreed on and the quality of their work helps my team save time installation because ever part fits perfectly 100% of the time.
