I had a problem with my mothers chairlift. They came and replaced the batteries, said they were bad. I kept them and had them tested. There is nothing wrong with them. The problem with the chair persisted. It appears there is something wrong with the arm that rises as the chair moves up. The last time I talked to Erik he said they could fix the problem and he would service the unit within the next two days, just prior to Christmas. You guessed it, nobody showed up. I have been trying to contact them for 6 weeks. I get voicemail but nobody returns my calls. I took the time today to drive to their

If you pay attention, you will see the owner reviewed himself, and several of his friends did too. This Erick Aristizabal, registered agent, and Roberto Luciano (sister's boyfriend), another registered agent at Roviro LLC are all friends. Don't buy a motorized chair lift from a scam artist. Go with the pros - do your homework. Also, if you look up Roviro LLC - you'll see Monique Aristizabal listed as an agent - that is Erick's sister (On Face Book she is Monique Aristi) who has liked his Face Book page on this business. VIVA Mobility is incredibly knowledgeable about stairlifts and patient lifts and they sell the highest quality equipment. Erick, the owner, has been around this equipment for so long he knows exactly what is right for a family in need. I would highly recommend you talk with them before purchasing from somewhere else.

My father bought a stairlift from Viva Mobility. The company and the gentleman we met with Erick have been a wonderful since day 1. I called around to speak with a couple of companies in Orlando, most of them were very pushy and it seemed they did not answer many of our questions, just to come out to quote (Acorn was the worst!!). We got 3 quotes but it wasn´t even about the price. Erick was so kind and actually LISTENED to my familys concerns. Acorn called 2 days later offering us a completely different price which was odd and the other company we didn’t even hear from again. I’m confident
