We come out to your home and listen to you - we want to understand what you envision for your space, and how that relates to the current state of your backyard. After getting to know you and the scope of what you want, we take measurements of your backyard.
Those measurements are used to create an interactive 3D scale environment that brings your concept to life. Once the design is completed - we walk you through this scale environment at our office and provide you with a detailed proposal that encompasses all the costs associated with the scope of your project.

We are sooo grateful for Zier Pools! We used them for our COVID backyard remodel and couldn't be happier with results. Beautiful quality products and workmanship. Jay Zier was an excellent communicator - available via text and phone calls throughout project. All deliverables achieved on time (project even finished a week earlier than expected)! Zier pools was one of three bids we got, and while it was the most expensive of the three, it had the clearest vision. It was also the only one stop shop that would do our pool, and our concrete decking. We have been working with Matt at Zier Pools since January, and the pool is now complete, with only some side projects left to complete. Working with Matt has been a breeze, lots of communication and realistic estimates of timelines and costs. He has been super flexible about making changes throughout the process, and has made some brilliant design suggestions that we would have never thought of

I can't say enough wonderful things about Zier Pools and Matt. We went through 3 bids and consultations and Matt was the only one who thought of positioning our pool for maximum yard usage. Matt's expertise, not to mention his kindness, responsiveness and and reliability is top notch. Something didn't seem right- fixed!; questions on weekends-answered!; accompanying me to tile store- no problem!

Jay and his team did an AMAZING job on our pool. All the details were handled, we got exactly the pool our family was wanting and the customer service was impeccable. They finished our pool 2 years ago and for some reason our spa heater stopped working yesterday. I texted Jay that evening and a tech was at our house the next day and made the repair. Seriously, less than 24 hours and a tech was at our house and made the repair with no questions asked - 2 years after the pool was finished. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Zier Pools is amazing! We thought about redoing our backyard for years and finally made the decision to move forward last summer. We worked from start to finish with Matt Bagby. The first time we met with Matt, he took notes and listened to our feedback. After he measured the yard he came back to us with a complete 3D model. He incorporated everything we wanted to do. We recently had our pool completed and cannot say enough about how happy we are with our pool and Zier. Our contact was Gerry and he was amazing throughout the entire process. The communication was great, even with my constant texting, he always got right back to me and was very patient with my many questions. Our pool turned out even better than we had imagined. I recently contacted three pool contractors about a pool/spa installation for my large yard area. Zier was one, with Tim Zier being the person I worked with. Now, ultimately I did not choose Zier, but it was such a close decision I want to share with everyone looking for a pool contractor that Zier Pools has to be one of your considerations. Tim was polite, patient, knowledgable and extremely personable. Zier Pools helped us to build our dream pool late in 2019. We didn't even know how lucky we were to get them until deep into the constructions process, and we are so happy we chose them! I would highly recommend this team if you are looking to build a pool.
Gerry was our lead and helped us to understand every decision we were asked to make in style/size/location/materials etc. He designed a pool/spa/fire pit and helped to set us up for future phases of renovation on our bare lot backyard.
