Contract Labor: Our contract staffing recruiters can help you staff for special projects, to ease your company's administrative and HR load.
Temporary employees for seasonal needs or to accommodate the peaks and valleys of your business or production cycle. For long-range or permanent hiring needs, we offer the popular Temp-to-Hire "try before you buy" option, which gives you a 90-day evaluation period before taking the employee(s) onto your payroll.

Temp-to-Hire (over 80 percent of our candidates go from temporary to permanent placement). After 90 days you are eligible for CTR's benefits package on the 1st of the month following 60 days of Full-Time employment. After one year of continuous employment and no more than a 30-day break between assignments, you are eligible for 40 hours of paid vacation at your average salary throughout that year.

Awesome company!!! So many employment opportunities in all industries - Industrial, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Construction, Shipyard, Engineering, IT, Medical, and more!!! There's contract, temp-to-perm, and even direct hire/permanent placement opportunities!!!! Awesome pay, benefits, and various other employee incentives! This is a company that actually cares about their employees and will treat you like family! It wouldn't even be fair to compare another staffing and recruiting firm to CTR.

I relocated from NC to VA and have been working with Melody and Steven with the Medical Staffing. The entire process was excellent from the moment I walked through the door. I’ve been working for the company off and on for 6 years. All the staff are very helpful knowledgeable understanding determined and most important prompt. Ive had nothing but good experiences with the company. The pay and benefits are great. They offers variety of different jobs for people with and without trades all over. I mean the best temp service in the 757 hands down! I had the opportunity to go permanent with the companies I’ve worked for through CTR but decided to stay temp because I enjoy working for them.
