I recently had to make air travel arrangements for an upcoming cruise. Lucy was super helpful and helped arrange the seats that I wanted. The airlines didn't show any available seats that weren't an extra charge and she went the extra mile and contacted them and got them to release some seats together for my family. I was so thankful for the personal care and attention to detail in a time when there is not much of that left. If you are thinking of using a travel agent, my family and I would highly recommend Total Travel.
