Services
Going back to the 1800's, the material was tin. Holes would be punched in the tin covering an oil lamp. As time moved forward, heavy paper took the place of tin and cut work was added to the hole punches to create intricate designs. In the 1980's, there was a resurgence of cut and pierced lampshades and they were very popular on the craft circut here in New England.
