He graduated from Jenks High School in 1990 and obtained his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Westminster College in 1994.
Damon continued his studies at the University of Oklahoma, where he obtained an M.A. in American Literature in 2000, an M.Ed. in Educational Administration in 2003, and a Juris Doctorate in 2006. Upon graduating from law school, Damon returned to Tulsa, where he has made a home with his wonderful wife and beautiful daughter.

Damon is a great lawyer. I personally sent my paralegal to him when she got in a car wreck. She had another lawyer who sat on the case for a year and didn't do anything. I had no idea. When I found out, I gave Damon a call and he got over and met with her right away. Damon reviewed all of the evidence and went straight to work! He treats everyone with dignity and respect. I have referred a number of civil cases to Sacra Law over the years and every client is happy with the referral. Great guy.
