Called C & H answering service due to loss of heat in our home. No emergency, but they called and responded first thing the next day. Kyle responded and was beyond professional, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. He conducted several tests, cleaned parts of the system and ultimately replaced a blown fuse and restored heat. He explained a few issues, made suggestions, and almost seemed to feel guilty about charging us the $90 service call for his labor. How refreshing to have an honest company in our home, as opposed to others such as the 333 folks! Thank you C & H!! Continued Forever Customer

Corcoran & Harnist totally replaced my HVAC system and I could not be more pleased. From the initial visit/assessment with Ken Kuhns., I felt like I was in great hands. The install went very easily in spite of the huge thunderstorm that delayed the crane for only 15 min!! Everyone on the team was professional, polite, funny and you can tell they love their job. If you enjoy what you are doing, it shows in your work. All team members had smiles on their faces throughout the day! This recent visit was great! For over 20 yrs we have continued to be very happy with the reliability & thoroughness of Corcoran & Harnist employees plus they take time to listen & answer questions. The prepaid maintenance agreements have worked well & reminders to schedule these in Spring & fall to ensure dependability of heating & air-conditioning!!

While no one wants to find out 2 days after Christmas that their furnace is unsafe and needs to be replaced immediately, these guys made the experience as positive as possible. Having dealt with them for years, we knew we were in good hands. They had things up and running as fast as possible, thoroughly and patiently went over options, and were professional and very tidy in completing the work. We would strongly recommend them.

One of their drivers just tried to run me off the road on the highway after tailgating me an inch away from my bumper when there was someone in front of me and I couldn’t move! Then proceeded to speed up around… me and try to run me off the road, but he couldn’t because there were cars ahead of us blocking us! Super aggressive driver then Flicked me off for... being ahead of him? He should be locked in a prison cell! Called and spoke to a manager, I guess, and was treated with a hostile tone And no resolution given! I can only imagine what kind of business they are running if

The service with C&H was beyond stellar...from the immediate engagement within 15 minutes of our emergency call of our air conditioning failing (On a Sunday no less), to the professionalism of the installation team (thank you Brian and Bennie). Yesterday they replaced our air conditioner, which they had replaced last summer. The unit they used last summer was the exact size of the unit it replaced. It did not, however, keep the house cool. Tim Corcoran discussed the facts with me and he decided they needed the next size larger. He admitted he could not get it in place in time to make much difference last summer, but promised faithfully he'd have it done before the season this year. Lo and behold, the new unit is in (at ZERO additional dollars) and runs - still too cool in March to be sure it will keep the house 75 degrees, but with

My home is an older home with two HVAC units - one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs unit was not cooling.
The technician was courteous and kind, but had to deliver the bad news - the unit had to be repaired ($2000) or replaced ($3000) because of a likely leak in the coil. We shopped it out to three different companies. Corcoran & Harnist got our business. Here's why.
Price. They were the best price by a fair margin. Obviously this is a big factor, but I'm glad to say it never felt like a cheap company.
Professional. Their salesman wasn't pushy. This is huge for me. I hate hate hate the hard sell. He gave me all the info, answered my questions, double-checked I had his contact info and then left. That's the right way to do it.
Courteous. Their installers asked before they did anything that might disrupt
