We have special expertise in managing diseases of the ear, nose, sinuses, larynx (voice box), oral cavity and pharynx (mouth and throat.). Our ENT specialists are also trained to treat allergy, snoring, sleep apnea, infections and tumors of the head and neck.

Our physicians are board certified Otolaryngologists that excel in treating various types of ear, nose, throat, head and neck disorders. The scope of our practice includes preventive, palliative, medical and surgical care for the above disorders. Our physicians are also board certified in Otolaryngic Allergy.

By informing you of our expectations, we hope to alleviate any misunderstanding or disagreement concerning financial responsibility.
A service charge of $10 will be applied to your account for any co-payment not received at the date of service. You should receive a statement approximately every thirty (30) days unless the charges are pending with your insurance company or your balance is less than $3.00. If payment or denial is not received by your insurance company within ninety (90) days from claim submission, the total amount due will be your responsibility.

This office is horrible. Staff is very unprofessional. I had a lab done at the end of June and the staff still has yet to call me with the results. I found the lab and retrieved my own results. Billing staff is very rude and has a do not want to be bothered demeaner. Remarks were we went over this in great detail before. Obviously, I had additional questions like why billing to insurance is different from my statement billing. From day one when checking in and information on intake form was not keyed in correctly which delayed test results. Another incident was when I had asked to get copies of

Warning: this office is only open four days per month at their Charlotte office. You really cannot provide quality care when patients have so little access to a physician. Problem 1: I made an appointment with Dr. Williams, and was seen by a different provide when I showed up. Problem 2: I made an appointment to see if a balloon treatment would help with sinus issues, and was pushed to have several scopes and allergy testing (I had previously been tested for allergies). The solution I was offered was to take more allergy medication, which is not what I wanted. I was not offered info on allergy
