Application for home loan took 2 months and they wanted every legal paperwork since I was born basically.When it was time to sign paperwork I was out of town , I asked to send paperwork so I could sign they said NO. I said can have my signature notarized they said No. They said I have to be there in person to sign. Back in town few weeks later to sign they said to late I now need start a new application . My tenant owns an account and uses direct deposit, through this bank, to pay monthly rent. Each month I have to call my tenant to inform them that the deposit wasn't received. Each month, my tenant has to call this bank to remind them to make the deposit. We're not talking the usual three day delay. This is a week or two after the scheduled deposit. This month, after I called the tenant to tell her the deposit wasn't made, they called the bank to remind them of their responsibility, and the bank ended up giving me double the amount. This is just weird because now I have two separate deposits and

I've been banking here for years. As a Credit Union they have great loan rates and great customer service. I can't believe that people rate it badly because they cannot manage their money and then get overdraft fees! If I was the bank, I'd be glad to see your business leave - you have almost no money in there anyway.

This bank has terrible customer service! Other than that, the bank is good. The reps is what makes this rating a two star! Overdraft fees is outrageous! One rep tells me it's takes 24hours to charge my account now it's one minute!?!? Definitely closing this bank ASAP! Do not bank or they'll charge your account with outrageous fees!
