My focus is on the smaller communities, and doing a good, quality job. I can do these smaller jobs with good equipment for less than the bigger contractors with lots of equipment who have to charge much more to make the dollars turn around. A lot of times they just won't come in to a smaller community.

Flow-Rite Pipe and Sewer Services, LLC is owned and opperated by Mike Happel. It is a second generation family run business serving local and midwest Municipalities, Commercial and Industrial Businesses, Agricultural needs for farmers, and lite Residential applications for pipe and sewer services when needed.
We work primarily with municipalities with as few as 1,000 people, up to 50,000 in population, says Mike, whose business is based in Galesville, in southwestern Wisconsin, near the Minnesota border. Mike launched his pipe inspection and cleaning business by calling on various nearby cities, determining the type and volume of work available, and then buying new equipment accordingly.
The Flow-Rite service equipment inventory includes a selection of nozzles from Sewer Equipment Co. of America. Flow-Rite equipment includes a mainline pan-and-tilt camera and push camera for laterals, both from RS Technical Services. We also have, Three Sewer Equipment Co. of America 1,500-gallon capacity water jetter trucks.
