Our fridge died at 10pm so we threw everything into coolers with ice. We called J&M first thing in the morning. They were scheduled through the middle of the week, but they had the part in stock. The owner picked up the part and brought it to us first thing in the morning. Then he instructed us on how to install the part ourselves so we didn't have to wait all week. Although he took several minutes to help us, he only charged us for the part, and we installed it easily. J&M helped us avoid buying a new fridge today, and we are very grateful! We highly recommend their services.

Stand up guy. Ordered new part, installed myself, and back in business. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Had a squeaky dryer that I had to quit using due to the noise being so loud my neighbors could hear it. I called J & M based on seeing positive reviews and I was not let down! Prompt, courteous and expert service. Mark is great. He diagnosed several problems and helped us assess whether it was worth spending the $ on a lemon of a washing machine--just 6 months out of warranty. No thanks, GE. Great customer service and timely service!
Called first thing in the morning. Said they had a opening at 10:30. They called back and hour later saying they could be here in about 30 min.
They found the problem with my washer and was able to fix it right away.
And it didn't coast a lot!!
We will be calling them again for any problems with our appliances!
