We are thinking about selling our home on Fox Lake and immediately thought to contact Lakes Realty Group. We filled out a request for a home valuation online and heard nothing so we texted and asked them to contact us. Days later still nothing. Very disappointing and unimpressed. We have already found other responsive agents so we don't need Lakes Realty Group but they certainly Re not responsive and I would recommend looking around.

We would like to Thank Pat for finding our first home. We worked with multiple realtor for the past 5 months but none understand our needs.

Pat Smarto helped me prepare for the sale of a home held in a family trust over a period of three years. She helped assess repairs that would add value to the home and those that would not. When it can time to out the home on the market Pat again helped determine market timing and interior/exterior staging. These decisions helped us manage costs and maximize profit. The home photos and virtual staging were excellent. I highly recommend Pat and Lakes Realty Group.
