Lotus Day Spa & Salon was founded in 2004 by a husband and wife team who moved from Washington, D.C. to Yuma to build the first piece of their dream world. They found a spa that was for sale and 3 days later they owned it, 3 weeks later they sold their D.C. home and bought a Yuma home (sight unseen).

Our spa services are designed to customize your treatment based on time, your needs and desires. We use Aveda's Elemental Nature Questionnaire to determine the appropriate service to meet your needs. We customize your treatment, technique and product, along with a complimentary Aveda calming ritual, and an essential oil aroma based on your personal preference.
These luxurious, faux mink lashes are created to be light and gentle on the lash, while still being strong enough to hold their shape. By nature, they are healthier for the lash, as they bend and move with the natural hair. This was the second time my bf and I booked here for a couples massage for my bday, the first time (pre-covid) was great, but this past time we both felt that the experience was very sub par. Massage was just a very very light rubbing for most of it, the music was turned down and pretty cold so the atmosphere was not the most relaxing. Everyone was very nice and hospital overall but the massage was a little disappointing! Wasn't asked about preferences beforehand or checked on throughout so it all felt a little rushed.

I came in the spa in tears because my son was having an anxiety attack and did not want to get out of the truck to come in and get his haircut. The ladies that were at the front counter were so kind to me yes they had never met me before yet there I was spilling my guts to them. It turned out that they had tried to call me to reschedule the appointment for an hour later but I had left my phone at home so I didn't get the message. I use to enjoy this boutique spa for the quality of their service. Unfortunately this recent experience has turned me right off. I purchased an online gift certificate for my daughter. She did not get it at all in her email. When I called the spa they told me it was my responsibility to follow up with their third party service provider to get it. They simply passed the buck. The manager here suckkkksssss. She called me an hour before my appointment to reschedule, didn't leave a voicemail or offer an apology, so I did not receive the message. I had taken the day off work for my appointment... and had been waiting 2 weeks. When I came in, she acted like I was an idiot. "Why didn't you answer the phone?" Clarissa is simply the best. She is a true professional and someone who really cares about her craft. Doing hair is her passion & you can tell. She does my hair and I'm happy every time. My daughter took me there for Mother's Day I think a year or two ago. All I can remember is that my daughter and I were so disappointed that we couldn't get our massage done in the same room as she had reserved. They did not call us to let us know that this was not going to happen. Instead, they waited until we got there to let us know what the problem was. The massage was OK. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this spa yesterday. I booked a last minute Aromatherapy massage and was blown away by the little details (loved the fruit plate) that they provided to me. The massage itself was incredible. Samantha has an amazing understanding of the body and muscles and provided a massage that was specific to my problem areas in my back and neck, while explaining her findings and such as she went. So very disappointed with the service! I visited the salon a couple weeks ago for a balayage/ombre and when I sat down the hairdresser told me she didn't have the time to do it. WHAT?!
