I purchased a firm mattress that developed a big sag / dip in the middle. After giving me the run around about the issue - they did take the mattress back to the factory twice to "fix" it. After the "fix" did not work, they replaced the mattress with a new one of lesser thickness and quality of the one I purchased - but say it is the same Phoenix mattress that I purchased.. I purchased a Silver Dawn mattress from this company three years ago and now I'm back to leave a review. This mattress is sooo wonderful. I sleep so comfortably. I flip it every three months. It's held up. It's firm with a plush top. I love the way it looks and feels. I wake up feeling rested and ALWAYS have good dreams. I recommend this mattress if you are on a budget and want to sleep peacefully. I am so happy with this mattress. I LOVE my bed! Thank you Magic Sleep! You make me happy!

Bought mattress and within 1 year the whole center sagged. They came and inspected and took back to fix it. They restuffed mattress and put new pillow top on it. Within a month the mattress began to sag again. Have made several calls and all I get is we will come check it out and no one ever shows up. The mattress has a 10 year warranty. Their service is terrible and not backing their warranty. Do not purchase anything from them. Maybe I can tuen my doctor bills into them for my back aches.

I bought a few mattresses there because I am a believer in supporting your local businesses. unfortunately my last mattress started to get major sagging and humps in it only after a few months. I went to the store and informed them. They then said they would come and look at it that day before 4:0 p.m. it is 1:30 the next day. I have not seen or heard from them. ???? Very unhappy!!
