Services
Dr. Helgerson is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with over 35 years of expertise in his field. Prior to joining our team at PCHC, Dr. Helgerson worked with a team of four Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons at his private practice in Appleton, Wisconsin. Dr. Helgerson has been with PCHC for 4 years, and is also an active staff member at Howard Young Medical Center in Woodruff, Wisconsin.
Dr. Redman joined Peter Christensen Health Center in the summer of 2009. She was born and raised in Southeastern Nebraska and received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Lincoln in 2005. Dr. Redman then completed four years of graduate training at Indiana University School of Optometry where she met her husband, Dr. Benjamin Redman.
PCHC Pharmacy provids medications for PCHC patients in a safe, effective, and educational manner to increase patient compliance and timely distribution of medications. PCHC provides state-of-the-art Radiology Services to our patients. We are able to perform tests and procedures during regular business hours for the convenience of our patients. PCHC's Radiology Department utilizes state-of-the-art equipment with board-certified Radiologists to provide our patients with the highest quality care possible.
PCHC Laboratory provides comprehensive laboratory services. On site chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and serology testing is provided and proficiency is monitored throughout the year with numerous and frequent testing samples in compliance with CLIA regulations. In 2009, our lab had 100% proficiency in all areas and samples.

Horrible service. Triage nurses are never at the phone. Nearly impossible to book an appointment that doesn't hinder your entire day. They only call you back after at least an hour.
Misdiagnosed by one primary care provider and one nurse at the same appointment. Only when I got to see John was when I actually felt like I was being taken care of. He's been there since I was a kid and probably the only reliable person there.
If you can, go anywhere else.

This clinic has great professionals. Having it helps the community very well. But, I was a victim of pure discrimination and racism. Not getting into many details, I will try to explain what happened to me. I was required by the tribal community employer to pass a TB test in order to stay employed at my job, in Lac Du Flambeau. So I was told by my supervisor to schedule a TB test. I scheduled the tb test with a couple of other co-workers (they are from other towns just like me) After a few months I received a bill of $240. Non of my co-worker did though. When I went to express my concern regarding
