Contacted Pierce for the service of gas fireplace logs. They were very courteous on the phone, able to schedule an appointment timely, were clear with the charges to be expected and the details of the servicing. Jeff the technician and was also very professional, courteous, and provided lots of helpful tips - the workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend for this service.

After leaving several messages on the company line and getting no response. I even posted a review on Google, hoping to get their attention. Nothing worked, absolutely no response from the comapny. It seemed like they don't care and they don't want the business.
After several days I decided to call another manufacturer recommended service company (Pierce is on that list also). What a difference did that make.

Amazing experience with Gary and Pierce Total Comfort. Explained the issue with my 14 year old AC system which was diagnosed and previously installed by the orange HVAC company. In one day, Gary carefully explained my issue and options resulting in the installation of a new unit 40% cheaper than a quote from the orange company. Gary had my unit installed the very next day and my home has never been cooler. Great experience!!!!!

We have worked with Pierce Total Comfort several times and have been extremely pleased with their professionalism and products they installed and serviced for us. Recently we had a fireplace insert replaced. The installation crew was on time and professional. They used drop clothes and cleaned up after the installation was completed. Our new fireplace insert is fabulous. We highly recommend Pierce to our friends and will continue to use their services.

I am converting my home over to gas. Gary, Chris and the gang at Pierce Total Comfort installed a gas fireplace insert into my home. They installed the insert and all the plumbing necessary into my home. They also installed a 6 outlet gas manifold with individual shut off valves for my future gas appliances.
