My wife and I went to Pineco Tractor and Equipment knowing what wanted but we still had questions about other brands. We were introduced to Chad, the guy in charge. (found out that he was owner) Chad answered all our questions and even offered information we hadn't thought of asking. In the end, we made our decision and bought our first tractor and have been very pleased with our decision. Chad made this the best buying experience that I've ever had.

I've bought equipment in the past, but let me tell you something;
this has genuinely been the best experience I've ever had buying anything. I called about 2 months ago and talked to the sales associate named Colby.. I asked questions about the bad boy series mowers and got a "well enough" answer, unsure if its really what i was in the market for (and I told him that) I said I'd think about it and said goodbye. I shopped all other places and brands. But availability seemed to be a issue. So I though I'd call back and no kidding, right off the bat he remembered our conversation from months ago

There is no substitute for integrity or great customer service. I purchased a Mahindra tractor and a Bad Boy zero turn mower from Pineco in Kerens. Chad, his father, family and service staff are truly a 5-Star team. Their prices are great but that alone doesn't earn my ranking, it is the service after the sale for years now that is so incredible and why I recommend you buy from them.
I thought I was about to have to spend several thousand dollars to buy a new mower or wait weeks to get mine repaired but Chad gave me a free tip over the phone on something to check and guess what.. once again Pineco
