I spent a year and a half trying to get in touch with this company (Katherine Lee). The one time I was able to speak on the phone I received no assistance with my issue and am still trying to solve the issue today, 2 years later. Not only is the service horrible, the actual work they do is unacceptable. The filed tax returns have numerous errors that a licensed individual should never make. I don’t believe someone with the knowledge/skills/effort that Katherine has and continues to display should be allowed to work in this industry and will be filing reports to hopefully get any licenses revoked
