Cottonwood was known for it's agriculture and a one stop shop for the Camp Verde soldiers and miners of Jerome. Powerful men in the mining trade opened Clarkdale and Clemnceau as company towns so if someone wanted to own some property or open a business, they headed to Cottonwood. In 1925 a fire took out most of the town so came new construction which meant that the old boardwalks were now replaced with cement sidewalks.
Most insurance companies want to verify that you, indeed, want the work done. They will want to speak with you or your agent in order to make the auto glass claim. They may ask for your birth date, your address or other information to verify your identity. You need to have the year, make and model of your car available.

This was the second windshield that I have had replaced by Adventure Auto Glass and I will continue to use them in the future should the need arise. Quality work done in a timely fashion. And they make a donation to local animal charities with each job - wonderful. Dave and his staff are the best!

Today I picked up my wife's SUV after Adventure Auto Glass replaced the windshield. This was the third time we have used Adventure, and every time has been a remarkable experience. I would like to mention a few specific points.
First, Adventure dealt with our insurance company to get approval to order and install the OEM windshield rather than a cheaper Chinese-made replacement. Talk about going the extra mile! This means a lot to us, and since Adventure did all of the work it was one less thing for us to worry about.

We have lived in Prescott Valley for 17 years. We have 6 vehicles in our fleet of personal vehicles. Previously, we have used 3 different glass companies in the Tri-City area, until we found Adventure Auto Glass.
Hands down Adventure Auto Glass is the best. First, there is Karen. She was willing to call my Insurance company, and set up a 3 way call to approve insurance payment for the replacement windshield! It was easy, and only took 5 minutes. Best of all I didn't have to struggle with my insurance company, Karen did it all!
My personal vehicle is a Jaguar XJ8. I don't let anyone touch my baby

I had never heard of Adventure Auto Glass until my windshield needed to be replaced and they were on my insurance company's list of recommended places. I'm so glad that I chose them. They were awesome! The whole processs was so easy. Quality work. Fast, friendly, & professional. I will definitely use them again, if the need arises. Oh, and they also offer to make a donation, in your name, to any animal organization ... can't beat that! ❤

Adventure auto glass came out to the house yesterday, and the experience could not have been better. They called the night before to confirm the appointment and they called 10 minutes before their arrival. They replaced a windshield, and did a chip repair on a different vehicle. The work was exceptional. They were clean, very polite and courteous. It was trash pick up day at my house. I want out to check on their progress, they even moved my empty trash cans back to where they belonged alongside my house!!

From the first phone call my experience was top notch from the person answering the phone to the technician that installed the window this was a very good experience. My window had been broken out and glass was everywhere and I really wasn't looking forward to cleaning it all up. After the technician left I went out to start cleaning up the glass and to my surprise the inside was much cleaning than I had left it ans no glass in sight, it was like the window breaking never happened. Amazing! Everyone in the office/shop was very friendly and helpful. We had issues starting our car in their lot (unrelated to their work) and two guys from the shop came out to help us. It was lunchtime and on the day they were moving, but they went way out of their way to help. Nothing bad to say about them at all. We will definitely be using them again!

We have been using Dave and his team for about 8 years. The quality of service is top notch and Dave is always polite, honest and works very quickly. Over the years we have had windshields replaced as well as rear windows and side windows. Every time they have come to the house to do the work. Today due to the size of my truck I went to their shop to have the windshield replaced and the service was once again the best experience I could ask for. No more looking through a sandblasted windshield and once again Dave was fast, courteous and very professional. Thanks Dave for providing excellent service

They came to the house and did outstanding work on the windshield replacement for my truck. Very personable and friendly and careful with each step of the process.
They are very knowledgeable and explained what and why they were doing things and are using the latest in windshield removal and installation technology.

Was driving behind a truck and a rock chipped my windshield then a week later it spread. Was bummed out but then I found Adventure Auto Glass. They came to my work and repaired the window so fast. I was impressed at how clean of a job they did. They were fast friendly and soooo professional! I highly reccomend them!

Dave Dave Dave...it's all about Dave. This is my second time having the ultimate pleasure of having Dave service my Passat. You just don't meet people like him anymore. So incredibly friendly, courteous, professional, authentic, likable, caring, attentive, thoughtful.....honestly, I could go on and on flattering this angel. I wish my windshield would break all the time!!! Anyhow, don't think twice about going anywhere else and if you love animals like I do, he donates $25 to your shelter of choice! Love love love!!!

Absolutely awesome. Our wonderful Farmers Agent, Vince Moser, referred us here. The owner is so nice and loves dogs. We had Nahla with us and he actually paid more attention to her than us. They give you a bag with a pen and pad and other goodies like dog biscuits. They donate to animal shelter. Highly recommend.

This was the second time I've used Adventure Auto Glass. They did a great job both times. It's very clear that Dave cares about the quality of his work. Dave did a beautiful job installing a new distortion-free windshield in my Acura. (I've had windshields installed by many other companies that ended up with a lot of distortion)

Very busy shop but well organized friendly and helpful. I called for an appointment and it was over a week out. Two days later they had a cancellation and got me in. I was in and out in the shortest period of time to let the glue dry. Thanks Dave and all of your great employees. I would advise your business to anyone.

I cracked my windshield in my new VW. I thought I would pay out of pocket for a new windshield because of insurance deductible. They called my insurance company and found out I had full coverage. This saved me $$$. They came out on time and did wonderful job. Great company from all aspects. Would certainly use again.

Totally worth going with Adventure Auto Glass. Had a significant crack across my 2017 VW GLI windshield. The entire process from start to finish was seamless from Adventure Auto Glass contacting my insurance, to ordering the appropriate windshield from VW, to scheduling the appointment, and finally performing the windshield replacement. Dave and his team came to my work and replaced the windshield in a timely manner. He explained exactly what they were going to do and took the time to answer all questions I had prior to the replacement without feeling like I was being rushed. Definitely recommend

A great experience working with Dave and his team. Called immediately after talking to the insurance adjuster to set up an appointment. Called the night before the appointment as a reminder. Dave showed up early and explained the whole process during the install. The customer does have a choice of who will do the work, Dave will not disappoint.

I had a client in Prescott Valley whose windshield we had replaced in California, but had fallen off due to a manufacturer's defect. I called my Vendor and asked him for the best glass shop since calling around got me no where. I couldn't find a Mobile Glass guy to go out and re-glue a rear view mirror in Sedona or Prescott Valley. I even had people tell the client that it would take hours and she would have to leave her car there which is unheard of. Another large company told me they wouldn't go inside and work on the vehicle since they didn't do the installation. So, luckily

What a great service company. Dave (Owner) came out to replace the glass in my Jeep. Less than 48 hours from first call to completion.
Their communication was excellent in creating a quote, setting the time for install and Dave's exacting nature of sharing every step of the process while he was performing the install. I learned a lot about front glass today, very cool.
The pricing was spot on as well falling perfectly in with others in the area, which is great but I would pay a few dollars more if I needed to to have the excellent service I received from Adventure Auto Glass.

I have used Adventure Autoglass to replace our windshield twice due to the high incidence of debris on the highways in our area. They are always prompt and courteous and do an excellent job installing. In addition they have replaced two side mirror glasses on a much older car of mine whose glue had dried. Their assistance in quickly locating and installing replacements was incredible. I highly recommend them.
