On average USPS, FedEx, and UPS ship about 12 million packages daily. According to a recently published StellaService Study, the three shippers average a damaged package rate of 9% which is slightly higher than the industry average of 5 %. This high rate will have a negative impact on the brand, forcing customers to look at other options when it comes to selecting a shipping and transportation vendor.
We have the privilege of working with some of the most iconic companies in the world and we don't take this lightly. Our clients come to us to help them solve their package testing challenges and they continue to partner with us because of our ability to deliver outstanding customer service, timely response and world-class package testing expertise.
