Here is an Architect that understands the cool design, but also understands the balance which is required to work with you to get you the best value, but what is doable as well.
Worked with Brady on many projects as a Builder over the years and would recommend him highly. He is the guy I can appreciate based on his style to his good nature, just a fine example of always stepping up to the plate.
