I really don't know where to start!!! Everything was perfect from the beginning. We had to deal with unfortunate circumstances in regards to my Lovely Grandmother's death and getting reliable transportation to her funeral. We saw that this was a family owned business and the reviews they had were very nice .It gets better from here We spoke to Sarah and she was just Kind, great customer service skills easy going and professional She was just delightful Sarah was patient and very knowledgeable about everything from pick up times to covid guidelines and providing a kind driver she said

Sarah was our contact for our reservation and she exceeded every expectation and made sure our traveling experience to our destination was seamless(she even replied to our reservation request on Memorial Day)! Our driver Roy was awesome! He was already waiting for us when we landed. Professional, funny, accommodating and a safe driver!!! He even was prepared with sparkling water and chocolate treats for my daughters which made the ride extra special. If you're on East Coast you can rely on this team with 100% confidence!

After years of driving to NYC 1-2 times a year and getting gouged for parking, we hired Campbell Premier Fleet to take us door to door (from Philly suburbs) and it was fantastic! They were courteous, punctual, friendly, and professional. The car (a beautiful Audi A8L) was spotless and comfortable. They confirmed pick ups via email and texting so there was no worry on our part. I will call them again next time we go back to NYC or anywhere else. The cost was comparable to travel by train but the experience was light years better

Recently started using Campbell Premier Fleet and it is absolutely the best car service around. Drivers wore masks and took great care maintain CDC guidelines. The cars are immaculate and the service is excellent. There was still and sparkling bottled water available for everyone and they even had juice boxes for the children. Rates are very reasonable and they will arrange virtually any trip- short local rides, airport runs, Philly, New York, etc. Locally owned and operated by friendly, caring, professionals who take pride in providing a superior car service.

I used Campbell Premier Fleet to travel from Bryn Mawr College to PHL this past week. I had just dropped off my daughter for her first year at college and needed a ride back to the airport. I highly recommend Campbell Premier Fleet. First, they take your safety very seriously and took every precaution to ensure I felt comfortable. There was a large piece of Plexiglas between me and the driver and she wore a mask. The car was very clean and comfortable. Second, they sent frequent communications and adjusted the time for me when I needed it. Finally, Sarah, my driver, was very friendly and warm.

They were available with short notice due to covid-19 last minute planning and handled it as I would suspect they would with any other circumstance with professionalism and quick responses.
