Our water heater went out yesterday, I called Nick and asked how soon they could come out and replace it and today at 11:00 am it's done. I thought I would have to go with out hot water for weeks, so I can't express how grateful I am with the fast, professional response. Tracy did the install and he was extremely professional, courteous and an all around great guy. I can't thank NHC Plumbing enough and I would highly recommend them. Thank you thank you thank you!!

Tracy was fantastic! He came the very next day after I called to check on an issue we've been having for months with scalding hot water coming out of our cold water faucets. Of course, the issue wasn't occurring while he was here. Rather than just charge me and change out a part he "hoped" would fix the issue, he asked that I call him immediately the next time it happened so that he could come out and check it out as quickly as possible. I appreciate that he was so honest with me and did not charge me for the replacement of a part that may or may not have fixed the issue. He also quickly changed

I'm very pleased with the speed of service, options presented for a solution, and cost. We reached out for help on a Friday evening and NHC Plumbing got back to us right away. They even fit us in on Monday morning. Tracy arrived on time and was very friendly. He diagnosed our problem and gave us a couple solutions based on the issue. He was up front about the kind of solution he was presenting, whether it was a short or long term solution, and how much it cost. His work was great and solved our problem immediately. When he was finished, he cleaned up all of his mess and was on his way.

I have had a plumbing issue for about a year (no power when flushing and flapper not closing) - I had a handyman out three times to address and the issue got worse each time. Today I had Tracy from NHC Plumbing come out - he identified the problem immediately, replaced a part and the problem has been resolved!!!! THANK YOU, Tracy!!!!

Tracy and John installed new exterior gas lines for ys to hook up gas heaters and a gas grill on our deck at our home in Incline Village. They were highly professional - skilled, quick, courteous and pleasant. NHC responded to our call with an appointment in two days. We highly recommend them.
