Victor and Jesus are knowledgable, great to work with and made buying a fine rug stress free. They insisted I see how the rugs I picked out in the store looked in the lighting and environment of my home. This made it much easier to narrow down my choices and I’m very happy with the rug that I chose. I want to support local family-owned businesses and am pleased to recommend Franco Oriental Rugs.

Victor and the staff at Franco's were incredibly professional and are a prime example of how ANY business should operate! I have a precious rug that unfortunately was damaged with urine from my pups. Victor talked to me about the rug and explained the process of cleaning and deodorizing it while saying unfortunately the fibers are burned from the urine and would not come completely clean. He did assure us however that it would be clean and better than before. We decided to send out our rug and have it cleaned.... they brought it back today and I was honestly surprised to see it was better
