Nice facility, friendly staff, bought a used 2013 Toyota Highlander from them a few years ago. I drove it around the facility and on that short stretch of road. I did not drive it on the highway. I paid for the vehicle and drove it home. When I got on the highway it made an unusually loud noise when I hit 70 miles an hour. I didn't find out until recently from another Toyota dealership that the wheel bearings were damaged in the rear wheels because the vehicle probably hit something at one point. Either they knownly sold me this car with the the problem or they failed to do their due diligence

Quick service, affordable, and the employees are very pleasant! Used to go to Firestone for regular maintenance, but have had too many bad experiences there. This Toyota service center is much more enjoyable! They don’t try to talk you into services you don’t need. Will definitely return for future maintenance.
