My 88yr old mom was visiting for 6wks, and her hearing aids had become obsolete. After reading reviews I made an appointment to have mom examined.
The staff and Dr. Awender are the best! They were very patient with my sometimes ornery mom, and their pleasant, positive nature with a bit of humor thrown in was exactly what she needed.
We ordered new hearing aids, had a return visit to pick them up and have them adjusted, and another appointment as a checkup. ** To be clear, we decided on a newer model of the same high end Oticon hearing aids and were in no way pressured to purchase them. **

Thank you Dr. Carolyn and team! My hearing aids are truly a Godsend as I put it off for a long time and was planning to wait until I retired so it wouldn't be such an expense. I used amplifiers from Walgreens for over 2 years. But I realized that I couldn't put a price on my hearing. I am hearing sounds that I forgot were even there. I am so blessed to hear again. This team is so patient and compassionate at what they do!

Dr. Awender and her staff are fantastic. I needed hearing aids but I kept putting it of I did not want the inconvenience. Boy was I wrong.
I am a very technology driven business user of tablets, smart watch, ,cel phone and computers. She helped me pick the brand and model that worked best with my android platform. I cant believe how great they are for my hearing loss. But there even better for convenience and productivity. I can attach up to 8 Bluetooth devices to them. I can stream and listen to tv and answer the phone with just a tap of my ear. There unbelievable for zoom meetings, you tube
