Clean and organized store and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I came in for a drill and ants spray the customer service rep guided me to the aisles and gave me recommendations without having to ask. You can tell the staff takes pride in working for this company

I placed an online order for net Christmas lights and was 20 miles away at a different Ace that closed at 6. I arrived 15 minutes after they closed but as they were coming out to go home they saw my distress and since my order was paid for they went and grabbed it. Now that's customer service!!!

Great store and even better staff, I came in to get a ladder and they were nice enough to let me take it outside to my car to make sure it fits. Plenty of staff around to help and answer and questions you have

Love love love the gift shop area. I always find something amazing for either myself or a loved one. They have some very meaningful gifts. Kudos to whoever spends time keeping the gift shop area organized, you are doing a phenomenal job.

Good layout. Some helpful associates. Others not so. Disappointed. Usually Ace has some of the most happy staff I come across.

BB Ace Hardware at 5371 Village Market, Wesley Chapel FL has given me excellent customer service on NUMEROUS times over the past several years. Oct 1 was no exception. "Ron" spent time to help me find the correct $2.00 bolt and nut,; then I discovered I left my wallet at home. Ron paid the bill for me!. He would not tell me his next shift so I could come in and re-pay him. God Bless Ron and Ace for their unbelievable customer service.

The wart that blocked the street this morning though it was funny, when I told it that people like him always get what they deserve I didn't realize that it was working at Ace so... I guess it already got what it deserves! Lol. Oh, see the wart in action in the photo section ;)

I got a key cut here for cheaper than the dealer but the staff wasn’t very friendly. It was like I was bugging the staff lol I’m paying you for a service which means you should be happy.

We came in shortly after moving for some picture hangars. We were greeted no less than three times and asked if we needed help finding anything. We found what we wanted quickly and easily and will come back as the need arises.

I’m a grown adult and they wanted me to leave my purse at their counter. Hell No! What a crazy rule. I can understand requiring backpacks from school kids and teens but not a grow adult like myself. I was offended.

Several months ago I had an unusual application that required a hook at the end of a pole. I went to Ace and Jennifer offered to help me find something that would fit the bill or could be adapted. Having no luck, on the way out I spotted shuffle board poles- Jennifer: "no problem, we have a vise in the back, I'll just bend one side to make a hook (it was aluminum). I use it to pull my very heavy pool vac up in order to clean the filters. I have never utilized a tool as much as I have this one!! Thank you Jennifer!

Trying to support local businesses, but this store has more employees than customers and still antagonize shoppers. The staff were rude and reluctant to offer help. Prices were considerably higher than the big box stores.

This Ace Hardware stocks everything you might need for any household project. What really sets this store apart are the helpful employees. I am always greeted when in the store and when asked what I needed, the employees always take me to the correct aisle. They don't just shout "Aisle 12" they actually take the time to walk you to that aisle. I'm not writing this review after one visit to this store, I have shopped here at least a dozen times and it's always consistent.

I come here occasionally because of its proximity to my home, but they always make me feel so unwelcome. Nobody greets me when I come in, even when I say hello first. I could go on about some other things, but ultimately not worth any more of my time. Suffice it to say, they make it very clear to me that they do not want my business.

Kudos to Ace Hardware for honoring & properly enforcing the county's mask-wearing mandate today and for doing their best to keep employees & customers safe during this pandemic--despite pushback from a few people who didn't want to follow the rules. Went in to pick up a few necessities today and 100% of customers & employees were practicing proper mask wearing techniques & social distancing. Those who wanted to come in unmasked were courteously informed that they could not enter the store without a proper face covering. Thank you for being an example for other businesses

Good hardware store. We need to support them occasionally. We like them to stay for the competition in the neighborhood. The store has big parking lot. If you want find products that most of the hardware store discontinued, ACE may be a good alternative.

I was looking for coil hose. The hose that bounced back after use. Easy to keep at your yard. Most hardware store requires mail order. But ACE still carrying it. I got to the store by checking at the internet for availability. It is good to have they have it without waiting. The 50 feet coil bounce back hose is useful.

I live in Seven Oaks and do all my hardware shopping at this store...until today. Beside the convenience of being nearby, I liked the store for it's good customer service and helpful staff. As I do on a regular basis, I stopped by this afternoon for some tools & hardware for a little DIY project. As I walked in, I approached a vest-clad employee who I recognized from a prior visit. He told me that he couldn't help me unless I left my "man-purse" at the front counter (I carry a small TUMI bag for wallet, keys, sunglasses, etc.). He wasn't rude - just matter of fact;

The service here by the employees working on the sales floor is FIVE STAR. However the cashier is A few fries short of a happy meal. She scanned my merchandise gave me a total and then gave me change after I paid, she then told me to have a good day. I asked if she was going to put my merchandise in a bag so I can take it, she said "oh ok". Other than that, this hardware store is great.

My husband is a disabled veteran thanks for making his job harder than it was, and wasting his time and gas we appreciate that!

The staff is super helpful. I came in from out of town to fix up a house for rent to to a death in the family. My DH is overseas and I had no idea was doing. They were always friendly and helped me find what I needed quickly or if was something they didn't have they told me where to get it. Not as big of a selection as the huge box hardware stores, but better service.

I love this Ace! It's so convenient - you just park out front and you're in. All the employees are super helpful and nice! I like that the products are different from what you'd find everywhere else. I always end up buying extra stuff.

The majority of the staff has a pretty good idea of most basic areas of home maintenance and repair. There's always at least one guy in the store who has a pretty good answer for any of your questions. They often offer handy tips and advice.

It's hard to walk into the store without being greeted and offered assistance.

Super friendly folks. I have been here a number of times and I always find what I'm looking for. While looking around the store I find bargins and hard to find items. Sometimes, I come out of the store with more than what I had intended on buying. It's always fun to shop here.

I've been here for a few times and although service is decent, the prices are very high and their products are terrible. They don't have as many products and I am disappointed every time I shop here. I wish there was one of the other "hardware" stores closer to us here.

Always friendly at this hardware store. We've shopped at this store on numerous occasion and almost always find what we're looking for. They don't have as many products as Home Depot or Lowe's, but they have normal household maintenance type things and tools, along with paint, yard sale supplies, etc. They even make keys.

Bonus! They always have hot, fresh, buttery popcorn for no cost located at the back of the store. My kids always make a beeline for it every time we visit. At the front of the store, they also have a drink cooler, with rare, hard to find Coca-Cola in the

Have been shopping at this store for over 10 years and have put up with the lack of customer service and knowledge from the staff, Then recently I have visited this store 4 times to purchase a new toilet seat, in all visits they did not have in stock a simple round seat. I then called last week and was told they had 1 in stock and would hold for me it was listed at $17.99. When I arrived it was up front being held for me and when I went to check out the price was now $34.00 I refused it and went looking for the correct one, which of course was not in stock, I then spoke
