Whether you are seeking out a therapist because of a crisis, life transition, or a chronic condition Brooke works collaboratively with her clients to build a sense of agency, autonomy, and wholeness. Brooke completed her practicum at Casa Youth Shelter, with a focus on working with adolescents (ages 12-18) and their families in crisis.
Brooke works to help each individual to access his or her own sense of agency over their own bodies and lives. She believes that people have everything they need within themselves to move towards healing.
