The home was of great build and quality. I really loved the design of the house. The staff was fantastic. They we’re very comprehensive when it comes to plans and design to get what you wanted in a home. They were very responsive when you had any questions or concerns.

We built a custom home through Girard. We were actually the first custom home in the area, which as you can imagine makes sourcing suppliers and subcontractors more difficult. Throughout this process, Girard was extremely professional and communicated well.
Like any custom home, you are going to have slight issues. I say this because our home was built in a new subdivision. Our project as well as many others in our neighborhood encountered some surprises. Anyone thinking of building a home should know this is a normal part of the process- particularly with custom as you typically want something

Thank you Girard Homes team for a wonderful experience! I looked into many builders around the Columbia area to make sure I was making the right decision and I did. I was able to meet with the owner himself and he explained everything about the process in detail. The floor plans are modern and functional, they have so much to choose from when customizing fixtures and styles and they worked with my budget to make sure I was able to build my beautiful home! Girard Homes guided us through the entire process of building a custom home; from finding the right lot, to customizing floor plans, to choosing every detail of the interior. Zack and Amanda were very responsive to our ideas and questions. They helped us to build a luxury home, while also staying within our budget.. Our new home is everything we had ever dreamed of, and we are so glad we chose Girard Homes to build it.
