I highly recommend using a different insurance agent. Because of Jordon Dethlefsen's lack of attention to detail, inability to communicate a timey manner, resulted in me not having dental insurance. He has not taken any accountability, but rather subtly put that back on me.

We have been working with Garrett for a couple years now and he is very effecient and works hard to get you want you want for a very good price. We have had him get us international health insurance for a trip to Europe. We have also had him work on our supplemental insurance to go with our medicare insurance. We worked with Garrett earlier this year when we were about to lose insurance because of retirement. Prior to that, we went on the Connect For Health Colorado website and were a little overwhelmed. AWFUL. This is my first experience with them after my previous broker retired. My phone appointment Nov 12 was okay, polite, but I didn't feel like they added any value. Still, at least they helped me change my health plan for 2021. Right? WRONG! There was no written confirmation of the change by Dec, so I emailed for confirmation. All I got… was a brief note correctly stating the name of the plan I wanted to change to, but nothing "official" looking. I double-checked directly with the insurance company, and they had no record of the change! They said they would see it if it was done 3 weeks
