Dr. Rossi is a competent practitioner but dealing with his staff has made going to see him intolerable. While I expect that delays are likely when I go to see MDs every few months, I think it is incredibly disrespectful to patients who come in for routine adjustments every 2-3 weeks to fit in multiple “emergencies” that happen all the time in such a way that patients who keep their appointments and show up on time are delayed 20+ minutes just about every other appointment. If there are that many emergencies, it would make sense to block off time for emergencies only to respect regular clients
