With years of wedding and event experience you can expect the most creative designs and resources to make your event unforgettable!
The itinerary package takes all the plans, vendor arraignments, and final To Do's and put it in 1 document (usually 8 to 10 pages long). It's an epic document that takes your wedding week and organizes it into one file!* 1. Phone meeting to learn more about your event and to provide a To Do list of needs before the Itinerary/Timeline meeting.
Timeline: Timeline Meeting (or if we've already had this meeting then the Timeline Review meeting): LINK. Updates: Email Anthony the updated TBD's on the timeline and ceremony sheet (don't forget music choices). Pay Final Invoices: Request final invoices from venue, planner, DJ, photographer, cake, and any other vendor except catering.
Envision your wedding and draw up a budget. Assemble your "planning team." Consider hiring a wedding consultant. Pick a wedding date and time. Select several options, then check with your venues, officiant, and important guests before finalizing. Start planning the guest list. Look for and book ceremony sites and reception sites.
Thank you for booking Out of Box Weddings! We catch things you may miss - we can offer input and advise and send back a quick response so that you can book your vendor quickly. Other meetings can be added for $150 per meeting (as needed). Meetings should be scheduled 2 weeks out and are held Monday through Thursday from 10:30am to 6pm.

I couldn't have better things to say about Anthony and his team. Throughout the planning process, Anthony was attentive, organized and resourceful. He provided many helpful tips and did a great job coordinating a timeline with the photographer, DJ, etc. I am grateful, he made our wedding day much less stressful. With a later wedding time, couldn't set up the venue myself. Place looked wonderful and received numerous compliments. I would recommend him to anyone.

My sister just got married this weekend, and the show truly could not go on without Anthony. He is a miracle worker, and I will suggest him to ANY bride getting married in Des Moines. My family, the wedding party, the groom’s family, and I can’t thank you enough for all of your help, Anthony! Saley, the flowers were stunning. Sarah, you were calm and awesome. Wish I could rate more than 5 stars.

My daughter's wedding was last week and involved planning for a large wedding (300). We started meeting with Anthony and his floral designer Saley 10 months in advance. He is always acessible, follows up on all requests, and is professional every step of the way! The bride changed plans with some of the arrangements and Anthony did not blink an eye and supported her decisions with outside vendors.
In addition it RAINED during the entire day and we all were "mentally prepared" but Anthony saved the day in many ways. He shopped and purchased a clear umbrella for the bride and groom's first look
