We have wanted Bahama shutters on our house for a while but couldn't get anyone to show up, give estimate and the couple that did were outrageous. Called First Coast. Came when they said they would, very professional, lots of choices and did the work earlier than projected. Couldn't ask for anything more.

First Coast Hurricane Shutters recently installed hurricane shutters over extensive plate glass windows in our Florida room that face the St. Johns River. They kept me informed regularly as the materials were being prepared and in shipped and when they arrived they scheduled the installation the very next week. The young men who performed the installation couldn’t have been more professional and did an excellent job. The shutters operate beautifully and they are stunning in their appearance. I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process and I highly recommend First Coast Hurricane Shutters

I am so glad I found First Coast to install our shutters! Sam did a good job in describing options and pricing. The owners Jeff and Brent were easy to talk with and always helpful quickly to answer questions. The trio that showed up to do the installation were absolutely the best. They were all pleasant and friendly. They moved through the installation efficiently and thoroughly. Carlos was wonderful in explaining the installation and operation. Overall, everyone was professional and I highly recommend this company to protect your home!

We recently moved to the area and purchased a home with roll-down shutters already installed. We weren't sure whether our shutters were in good working order and searched for a company that could give us an evaluation and possibly provide maintenance. We contacted First Coast and were not disappointed. Rather than try to sell us new shutters or enroll us in a maintenance plan that we didn't need, Jeff, the owner, was professional, knowledgeable, and forthright in advising that what we had was in good shape & required minimal upkeep. He gave us tips on how to clean, paint & maintain the shutters

I had a roll down hurricane shutter installed on a 6 ft sliding door with a mechanical mechanism (as opposed to an electrical motor to lower and raise the shutter). The experience is what I'd hope every service business would be. Brent, Sam and Jeff were professional from the start, consistent in what they were saying, and their price was about 10% lower (or more) than any other quote. They delivered ahead of schedule, and Carlos and Sebastian who installed the shutter were very professional, well spoken, courteous and efficient. I would, without hesitation, recommend First Coast Hurricane Shutters

First Coast Hurricane Shutters installed 4 beautiful Bahama shutters, designed to match other existing units on my house. These shuttets are true quality! There was a wait during manufacturing, but absolutely worth it. Dressed up a very boring, long, west-facing wall, shields rooms from intense sun, passing headlights, and feels more open than having blinds tightly closed all the time. Dependable first class service.

FCHS is a company of pure quality. They have a very professional staff and customer service is amazing. Lead times are worth the wait and without a doubt, they do the job right the first time.
Installation team was highly professional and respectful. They did cause minor cosmetic damage during my installation (expected with this type of job) however, doubled their effort to fix the issue instantly.
As for the product, it is incredible. A tremendous value for my home and will be for your home. Hurricane season will never be a major concern of mine again.
