Despite being advertised as open on google, it was closed and lights out. Perhaps they should stay on top of their google page too because some people don’t have Facebook, can’t see an unlit sign on a sidewalk that is iced over and dangerous in front of their building, or website front page that has conflicting information posted in the same line. In red it states closed, but immediately below it and attached to the same note it says current business hours. But the owner decided to reply to my comment in a snippy way instead of listing the business as temporarily closed or thanking me for pointing

Super expensive drinks that have to be ordered on some app. They take up 7 parking spots bc the owner is buddies w the city. It's as if your hillbilly cousin threw all his random lawn furniture in the street, permanently. The food is some of the worst bar food in the city, maybe American. If you're in the neighborhood and want a good bar, go to twisted spoke.

I've never felt the need to write a Yelp review until now...Been here a few times as I live in the area and always enjoyed grabbing a quick drink here until my last experience...I walk to the bathroom only to find the half drunk owner clowning around with a cop, basically telling him it's a shame cops aren't held less accountable than they already are and then allowing the officer to leave without paying his bill. Not to mention he seems to speak to the staff quite rudely from what I could tell....Nothing like thinking you're going for a nice lunch and drink and then realizing

Went here with mine son and daughter-in-law. We love Irish food and this has a good outdoor space. Unfortunately, the food was poor. We all three order the Reuben Sandwich, a beer and a large fry. This review gets two stars because the fries were excellent. It also gets two stars because the Reuben was the worst Reuben I have ever had. The meat was fatty, flavorless and way too thick cut for a Reuben. The meat on my daughter-in-laws sandwich was gray. When we complained and showed the staff they apologized, offered shots (which we did not want) and then ignored us.

They have a nice set up for outdoor eating/drinking during this pandemic, with additional seating placed in areas normally used for on-street parking. Good protocols are identified with signage and 6' spacing markings on the sidewalk for the ordering line. The problem is many people ignore and don't follow the protocols. There are people standing in line without face coverings, standing in line for the restroom without face coverings, standing in line waiting for drink order delivery without face coverings.
I simply don't understand? There is a good thing going on here, but

I had been to Irish Nobleman a couple of times for a beer but yesterday we had a big group for dinner and drinks and everything was absolutely wonderful! I called the day before to make reservations/give a heads up that 14 people would be coming. They welcomed us with open arms! The service was phenomenal; they really went above and beyond. The wait staff was patient with us and diligent in making sure everything had what they needed - not an easy feat with 14 thirsty and hungry people!
We so appreciate the great food, drink, and people of The Irish Nobleman. Can't wait to be back!

Unfortunately, the city's moratorium on drinking holes has closed up many of the old neighborhood local taverns around the city. This is one reason I wanted to love the Irish Nobleman. I wanted to be able to "go for a walk" and stumble into and out of here and head home happy.
The Nobleman left much to be desired. All they did was close J Patricks, and re-open under a new name. I really don't think they even cleaned the bathrooms from the time the one closed, to the time this place opened. They still have bland food, and the drinks are not the best. It's fine for being
