I was a long time, satisfied customer until this morning when I went in for a couple things. Half the staff was unmasked and when I went to discuss this with the owner I got a belligerent response. I told him that I have cancer and that there is still a mask mandate, which is there to help protect people. He clearly could care less and suggested I take my chances elsewhere. I filed a complaint with OSHA and will never be shopping there again.

My wife suggested I give Long Brothers a call when everyone else in town hadn't heard of a product we needed to source. The guy who answered, Bill, couldn't have been more helpful. Had to stop what I'm doing to leave a review--that helpful.
Not a contractor, so he had to listen to me describe a part poorly. He deciphered what I meant, and even went so far as to research a photo a contractor sent me of what we needed. Although everyone we spoke with earlier was also unfamiliar with the item, Bill took the time to understand the project and why we may have been told to source this

Great service. The workers are hard working individuals who remind you of your good friends back home. Prices are reasonable, material has proven to made with good quality. They're great at following CDC guidelines whenever I go in. I felt safer and received better service here than I did at Lowes or Home Depot

I attended an Amy Howard workshop to learn how to use their wood refinishing products and was really happy with both the class and the infectious enthusiasm of the people who work there. I am not easily impressed but I love giving my business to locally owned companies and this small business tugs at my heart strings. Customer experience is clearly important to them. They are constantly looking to innovate and carry products that will benefit and inspire. Through Facebook I learned about their charity involvement. If you live in or near Woodburn, use Long Bros instead of the big box stores
