Mid-Delta Health Systems is a Patient-Centered Medical Home which means that we deliver a higher quality of healthcare to YOU THE PATIENT by providing the best of comprehensive and coordinated health care at all life stages. You are joining a team that includes health care professionals, family (if you wish), and most importantly YOU!
Because we are a Community Health Center, patients may apply for adjustments for their charges by bringing in their proof of income at the time of service. All uninsured patients are encouraged to enroll in an insurance plan and can do so with our onsite enrollment specialist. We have bilingual providers and are able to communicate with our deaf and non-speaking patients through text messaging, social media, our website, and the patient portal.
We here at Mid-Delta Health Systems have a great mental health team that offers individual counseling and medication management services where patients work one-on-one with a trained mental health clinician in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. Our counselor and psychiatrist can help resolve a wide variety of issues such as stress, anger, anxiety, relationship problems, trauma, depression, low self-esteem, and grief.
Mid-Delta provides comprehensive, affordable dental care for both children and adults. We provide basic preventative care along with cavity care, infections, removing plaque, and preventing tartar. Dr. Patten sees patients Monday through Thursday from 7 am to 4 pm and Hillary, our hygienist, sees patients Monday through Wednesday from 8 am to 4 pm.
Mid-Delta Health Systems is here to help you navigate through the confusion of insurance enrollment, Medicaid, Medicare, and Medicare D Prescription Plans. If a person's income is below a certain amount they are eligible to apply for "The Private Option", which has open enrollment throughout the year.

I give Mid Delta Health Center 5 Stars because they are amazing. The clerical and medical staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They aren't greedy, out for your money, or judging you. The staff genuinely cares about their patients, they do everything they can to help you, caring and polite. The dentist Thomas Patten is so professional, yet he has a great personality. He doesn't make awkward small talk, he makes truly interesting conversation, which seriously helps people who get anxiety during check-ups and procedures to get their mind off of being nervous. He isn't greedy, so he
